The Postables

Lots of heavy tricks have been going down in the past few weeks, most of which is headed for the soon to be released ZJ Boarding House video. Point is, I'm sitting on quite a few photos until the video comes out. Here is some of the recent stuff I'm not sitting on.

Lafayette Plaza session. Sean McNulty killing it again. Cruising a front nose down the rail. The street version of this classic:
Okay...maybe not.

Tyler Kindred skidding a switch front blunt.

Tyler has been killing it lately. Expect a real solid part from him in the ZJ's video. Front board in the Wilshire Handrail District.

Austin Squire came up from SD for a couple days and handled, tough. Frontside axel stall on the fence.

Fisheye angle. Was pretty weird to shoot. This spot is right behind my favorite bar, The Daily Pint. (Their website isn't much to look at haha).

A Couple Hours in the Valley.

Went out the valley to get some photos a while ago now. Here there are, finally blogged.

First stop was this famous out ledge at a park in Tarzana. Was kinda stoked when I saw this bail shot of Tyler.

Evan Edwards came through with a speedy crook. Broahtography has a proper sequence of this and some other tricks from the session.

Big kids. Where's this photo at Whitey?

The white man has been killing it on his blog, check his photos from the session.

Wes coming through with a front board past the ladies room.

This isn't the trick Justin Cefai wanted, but he still stuck a proper front nose to fakie. Once again, check broahtography for the sequence.

More front board.

More front nose.

Next we caravanned across the valley to a random school with this pretty perfect handrail. Evan Edwards front boarded

and front lipped it.

Tyler Kindred stuck this front feeble no problem.

Guffey had this front blunt, but it was just one of those days and he couldn't quite roll away from it. I couldn't resist posting the photos though, his blunts were looking too steezy.

The last photo of the day was also a no-lander. Wes crooked grinding.

Dislocated

Not gonna be much text in this post as I recently dislocated my right shoulder, so I'm annoyingly typing with just my left hand.

I've walked, skated, biked, and driven past this cutty little ledge a ton of times and never noticed its potential. Campos put it to use with a back nosegrind.

Not gonna name the trick Justin Cefai is handling in this Altadena ditch. I've heard rumors of a ZJ video dropping soonish, and this creative trick should be in it.

Alright, I'm over this lefty stuff. Check back real soon for a bunch of photos from a productive day of skating in the valley.

Great Britian

Went to the UK for two weeks on a family trip over Christmas and New Years. I wasn't very consistent with shooting photos, so most of what I shot came from a few short bursts. Here I'm posting my favorites from the trip without captions. The rest I'm posting on a special flickr page, mostly for my family to see, that I'll be captioning soon.

Next post (hopefully going up tomorrow) will be all skateboarding.
